Return merchandise request

In certain specific cases, it is possible to return merchandise to our warehouse.

The time frame for making your return request is 2 months after receiving the merchandise.

The reasons for returns are:

- wrong recipient

- error in package preparation

- package swap

Please note that return costs are your responsibility (€25 excluding VAT) if it is a mistake on your part.

To do this, we kindly ask you to contact your Customer Care by email at serviceclients@ppyarnspro.com.

Please note that the credit note will be issued upon receipt of your return by our logistics services.
